Attending school can be a wonderful time in a teens life to increase knowledge, improve social skills, discover new talents, develop new friendships and begin building the foundation for a life-long career. But pressures from peers, parents, and teachers to succeed can sometimes become overwhelming.

Goals of getting good grades, excelling in sports, and fitting into defined social groups can all have great benefits to a teen's future and personal identity. But sometimes limitations such as inexperience with effectively managing time, physical disadvantages, or events outside of school make it more difficult to achieve these goals, increasing negative emotions.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-based techniques have also proven to be very effective in helping teens manage emotions and their negative effects. Our online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-based self-delivered 7-session educational program teaches teens techniques that can be used to help ease anxiety, fear, stress, and other emotions associated with school-related stresses.

We offer two cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)-based, instructor-delivered health and wellness programs (7- and 15-session) with all instructor training included that are easily teachable (delivered using age-focused student manual/workbook) by counselors, school nurses, and many teachers to students in either one-on-one or group sessions at K-12 schools and universities.

Our evidence-based programs can be integrated into a schools mental health curriculum for as little as $385 (program materials and training for one instructor/teacher and five student manuals.)
