Bullying can be delivered in many different ways. Whether it's through rumors, verbal abuse, physical harassment, threats, or gossiping, the resulting negative impact on the targeted person can be devastating and long lasting.

While bullying itself is difficult to prevent, there are methods can be used to help minimize the negative impact. The victim of the bullying can experience a wide variety of emotions including anxiety, stress, fear and depression.  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-based techniques have proven to be very effective in helping people manage these emotions and their negative effects. Our online CBT-based 7-session educational program teaches teens techniques that can be used to help ease anxiety, fear, stress, and other emotions associated with being bullied.

I just want to say thank you for everything. My stress has been easier on me. I still get mad sometimes, but not nearly as much as I used to.

The Online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-based (CBT) educational program is designed to help teens manage anxiety, stress and depression by teaching them the skills needed to stop negative thoughts and start thinking and behaving in more positive ways. And it's conveniently delivered right to your computer screen, so your teen can take this interactive cloud-based program in the privacy of their home or anywhere there's a WiFi connection.

Although this program is designed to be delivered over a 7-week period of time, the course access codes remain active for one year from the date of purchase. So your child can return at any time within that year to reinforce and/or refresh their memory of the various skills taught in the program.

Are you a school or provider? Public and private middle schools, high schools, districts and providers around the country are currently utilizing or piloting the programs to help their students and patients learn cognitive-behavioral therapy-based techniques for coping with stress (7-session program) and making healthy exercise/nutrition decisions (15-session program).

This program was designed to be delivered over a 7-week period of time.

* Based on $79/year for the full seven-session program. Sessions cannot be purchased individually. The program is accessible for one year from the date of purchase.

The online, self-administered 7-session program is a self-help, cognitive-behavioral skills-building intervention educational program only and is not meant to diagnose or provide treatment for a particular disease or illness. The goal of this educational program is to teach children and teens how to recognize negative thought patterns, and provide cognitive behavioral skills and techniques that can be useful in modifying negative thinking.

Please note that this is a "single-user" class, so each individual user must register for and purchase a separate program.

In addition, since this is an "interactive" class requiring students to input information, each online user will require a different email address and password as a "unique identifier" in order to maintain confidentiality.

Note: At this time, the online course is only available to people who reside in the U.S., are 13-years of age and older, and cannot be accessed outside of the U.S.
