Clinicians from several states have become COPE-trained instructors and are reportedly delivering the 7-session COPE program for children and teens and receiving insurance reimbursement with the 99214 and 99215 codes.
Mental health providers, counselors, psychologists, and social workers are reportedly delivering the 7-session COPE program for children and teens and receiving insurance reimbursement with the following codes:
- Initial evaluation: 90791 (diagnostic interview) and 96127 (screening tools)
- COPE Sessions/progress notes: 90834 (individual therapy - 45 minutes)

We now have available a variety of color wall posters for promoting the COPE2Thrive programs to patients, staff, parent, students and other visitors to your school or office. Each is sized (11 inches x 17 inches) to easily fit on the walls and bulletin boards of primary care practices, community centers and schools. Posters are provided at no cost to COPE-trained instructors (maximum of six posters per location).
