While your teen son or daughter is out of school, our online program can help them learn skills for coping with current anxiety and depression resulting from the pandemic and future stressors throughout their life.

The COPE2Thrive 7-Session Teen Online program is an interactive self-help educational program designed to empower teens (13 - 18 yrs old) with skills for coping with anxiety, stress and depression.

Through a series of brief, easy-to-follow weekly online sessions, complete with skills-building activities, our evidence-based programs convey that there is hope for positive change in your life.
