COPE2Thrive provides a variety of all-inclusive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-based (CBT) instructor-delivered programs for children, teens and young adults (7 to 24 years old).

Our uniquely-designed programs are delivered using standardized student manuals/workbooks and concepts, ensuring that all CBT components are covered despite any differences in an instructors’ background, experience or method of delivery.
