New Student Registration and Access Code Redemption Instructions

  1. Use Sign up button (below) to go to the Account Registration page. Read below before beginning!

  2. Enter your name, an email address and password of your choice (do not enter the access code in the password field) and click the Sign up Now button.

    Note:

    • Your email address will serve as your unique username when signing into the program each week.

    • WRITE DOWN YOUR PASSWORD AND KEEP IT IN A SAFE PLACE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

  3. Once you click the green Sign up Now button you are registered as a student and you will be taken to the Program Dashboard where the Access Code provided with your purchase will be entered and redeemed (bottom left corner).

  4. Enter the Access Code delivered with your program into the field under Redeem Access Code and click the Redeem Code button. Your course/program will be activated and COPE Teen 7-Session Online will appear under Current Programs to the right of the COPE Logo. The Redeem Access Code box will remain visible in the window even after the code has been successfully redeemed. Assume that your code was accepted and PRESS ACCESS COURSE!

    Note:

    • Access code is “case sensitive” so must be entered exactly as shown (capitalized letters).

    • The access code is only entered once during activation and does NOT need to be entered each time you sign into the program.

      COMMON ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS:

    • If you enter the access code more than once, you will receive an “invalid code” alert as your code has already been activated. Your program will be visible under Current Courses.

    • If your program does not appear under Current Courses once the access code has been activated, please Sign Out and Sign In again and the program will be visible.

  5. Click the Access Course button under the course name and you will be taken to the COPE Program screen.

  6. Click the Play Button (triangle) in the player window to begin your program. The program will begin playing in another screen.

    Note:

    • You can leave and re-enter the course at any time as a Continuing Student using the Sign In button (below) on this Online Program Portal page and entering your account information (email address and password). DO NOT re-enter the access code.
