College/University Student Evidence-based Coping Program

Manualized, evidence-based, instructor-delivered program to help students cope

The current global pandemic has made already stressed college/university students even more anxious and depressed, and increased suicidal thoughts.

According to a new CDC Report, rates of suicide ideation were highest among 18- to 24-year-olds (25%) and unpaid caregivers for adults (30%). The report also found that the prevalence of symptoms of depression and anxiety quadrupled and tripled, respectively, compared to last year.

Our all-inclusive (includes online instructor training), instructor delivered 7-Session manual-based program is designed to help children (ages 7 to 11), teens (ages 11 to 18), and young adults (ages 18 to 24) learn CBT-based coping skills.

This “taught from the book” program uses cognitive behavioral therapy-based skills-building to teach students that you can't always control events, but you can control your responses to them.
